THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE:
OpsMaven is currently seeking a Business Development Executive to join our Business Development Team. You will play an integral role in an exciting and fast-paced team where the sky is truly the limit.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and compile contact lists of potential clients to approach for OpsMaven’s services. Execute cold calls and cold email campaigns to introduce OpsMaven’s offerings and generate interest among prospects. Schedule meetings with key decision-makers to present OpsMaven’s solutions.
- Field Marketing: Conduct direct outreach by visiting prospective clients’ offices with prior appointments secured through cold calls and emails.
- Industry Research & Networking: Participate in business expos, conferences, and networking events in tech parks to enhance brand visibility and to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor strategies.
- Client Engagement Support: Assist in engaging potential clients through follow-ups, relationship-building, and sharing relevant information about services.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports and update CRM records with accurate lead and prospect details for streamlined follow-ups tracking outreach efforts, and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
- Proposal & Presentation Development: Prepare business proposals, sales pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Experience and Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in shared services, outsourcing, or co-working space industries.
- Strong network within the Hyderabad tech park ecosystem and startup communities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in lead generation, and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to travel within Hyderabad or other cities for client meetings and business development activities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
