Job Overview:

The HR(Ops) Associate will support the HR team in aligning business objectives with employees and management. This role acts as a liaison between HR functions and departments, providing tactical and strategic HR support to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The HR(Ops) Associate helps in implementing HR programs and managing employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

  • Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns, ensuring timely resolution of employee-related issues.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and help address challenges or grievances.
  • Performance Management
  • Assist in the execution of the performance review process, providing tools and guidance to employees and managers.
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure continuous feedback and development processes are in place.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the execution of HR programs like employee recognition, engagement surveys, and career development plans.

Data & Reporting:

  • Compile, analyze, and report on HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and performance data.
  • Ensure HR data integrity and maintain employee records in HR systems.

Compliance & Legal:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across the organization.
  • Support internal audits and handle documentation for compliance purposes.

Collaboration with the HR team:

  • Provide support to the HR team in strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Act as a point of contact for managers and employees for HR-related queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, or HR operations.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and local labor laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
