THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE:
OpsMaven is currently seeking an Associate – Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources Team. You will play an integral role in an exciting and fast-paced team where the sky is truly the limit.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand and determine staffing needs.
- Identify potential hires based on the Job description, and screen candidates to determine whether the applicant possesses the necessary skills for the role and whether they seem like a good personality fit for the organization.
- Works closely with department managers and HR professionals to identify critical positions and examine applicant information (including resumes and social media sites) to determine which candidates meet the position’s requirements.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions within the SLA.
- Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Build networks to find qualified candidates and build a talent pipeline.
- Provide reporting and regular status updates to the hiring managers and HR heads.
- Post job listings on job recruitment boards and other websites to attract skilled applicants.
- Prepare offer analysis, release offers, and Manage recruitment tools and internal applications to improve the effectiveness of the recruiting process.
- Take care of the new Joiner onboarding formalities like Prejoining, Post Joining formalities, etc.
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 3 – 4 Years of experience handling end-to-end Recruitment for various positions across IT & Non-IT.
- To assess candidates for the fitment as per JD, and company culture.
- Follow up with the candidate till they are on board.
- Shows strong ownership and accountability for all actions and activities.
- Must be an individual contributor.
- Any bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce/ HR/Arts or its equivalent
- Min 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills.
