Job Description
THIS JOB IS FOR YOU IF YOU:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Banking & Finance Associate to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various banking and loan-related activities, ensuring accurate documentation, timely payments, and effective communication with lenders and bankers including bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable and payment of various taxes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Banking & Finance
- Prepare and Monitor Weekly Cashflow Position for Fund planning.
- Dealing with lenders/bankers for the arrangement of Credit Facilities – Bill Discounting , CC
- Provide relevant documents to Bankers at periodic intervals
- Ensure EMIs and loans, Credit Cards are repaid on schedule.
- Update FM about the cash flow requirements for the repayment of banking facility
- Co-ordination with the HR Team and accounts team for salary payments
- Providing Docs information to the bank for Bill Discounting and inward remittance
- Banking Recon daily and Preparation and Maintenance of Monthly BRS
- Taking care of all Bank net banking
- Credit Card payments & their bill collection & tracking
Export Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure that correct information provided to banks is correct regarding EDPMS
- Ensure the correctness of foreign transaction documents and generate BRC from the DGFT portal
- Ensure that we get FIRCs (Inward Remittance) from banks
- Knowledge in STPI process & compliance.
Tax payments
- Knowledge of Statutory Return Filing – GST & TDS
- Statutory Payments – TDS , GST , PF , ESI & PT
- Working Knowledge to handle ESI , PF & PT portals
Experience and Skills
Minimum
- Good knowledge of Banking & Finance, Indian Accounting Standards & Taxes
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), relationship-building skills, and ability to lead and develop others.
- Hands-on experience in Zoho and Microsoft Office.
Preferred
- Immediate Joiner
- Experience in IT /Service Sector (Preferable)
Minimum Qualifications
- Overall, 3 to 6 years of experience in finance/accounts with 2-3 years
- Commerce Graduate preferably Semi-Qualified CA/CMA
